例如：
http://toolbar.google.com/buttons/intl/zh-TW/edit/?custom_button_uri=U_btn_cnet.xml - 產生圖片編碼，http://www.motobit.com/util/base64-decoder-encoder.asp。
- 在編輯區貼上XML。
- 按【儲存至Google 工具列...】，就會多一個按鈕。
